Bridgewater, NJ - On Friday, January 29, 2021, at approximately 1:34 pm, the Bridgewater Police Department responded to a hit and run crash which occurred in a work zone on Country Club Road near Steeplechase Lane. The fleeing vehicle was described as an older model blue pickup which fled southbound on Country Club Road after striking a pedestrian within the work zone.
The Department is seeking help from anyone who may be able to identify the fleeing vehicle. Please contact the Bridgewater Township Police Department’s Traffic Safety Bureau.
